Open House Event

This is not your typical Sunday afternoon open house where a few nosey neighbors stop by to check out your listing price and grab some free coffee and cookies. Our “Open House Events” are just that – A CAREFULLY PLANNED EVENT! We provide a full-blown marketing campaign in addition to an open house event where we typically get 50-300 people to your home all in one weekend.  If you want numerous potential buyers to view your home, and create a sense of competition which can lead to multiple offers, then this service is for you!  It can be provided for either a vacant or occupied home.
